The Tioga County Department of Public Works is accepting bids for the Rehabilitation of Kelsey Road over Catatonk Creek (BIN 3218430) located in the Town of Candor. The bid opening will be held at the Public Works office, located at 477 Route 96 in Owego, New York, on Thursday, May 24th, 2018 at 11:00 AM. All bids must be received prior to the bid opening. Project documents will be available starting Friday, May 4th, 2018 at the Public Works office for a non-refundable payment of $50.00.
