On July 9th and 10th Halsey Valley Road, 0.6 miles north of Dubois Road in the Town of Tioga, will be closed due to a culvert replacement. An offsite detour will be in place redirecting traffic onto Dubois to Guiles to Straits Corners back to Halsey Valley Road.
